Staying at this hotel was a truly incredible experience thanks to the spacious and comfortable rooms with a convenient water and ice dispenser. The service was amazing; the staff were friendly and caring, making our stay even more pleasant. The location was perfect for me, being only a minute walk from my office and surrounded by several great restaurants. The dining experience was the best, and I never wanted to stay anywhere else. Facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed for a perfect stay.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, luxurious, and immaculate, providing the ultimate comfort. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning. The service was top-notch, especially towards the kids, although a bit slow compared to US standards. The location was perfect for me, near my office and fantastic restaurants, offering a safe and convenient stay. The dining experience was enjoyable with delicious chiapas, but the breakfast was a bit delayed. A fantastic option overall!
